The firm’s co-founder, David Cochran, is an energetic and resourceful leader with finely tuned turnaround skills and experience. Cochran has owned and worked with a wide variety of companies on both the public and private sides through businesses including investment banking, turnaround management, merchant banking, investor/public relations, marketing, and advertising firms. He has successfully and simultaneously served as CEO, interim CEO, and Director for multiple companies for nearly 20 years. Seasoned with diverse business acumen, Cochran serves on the board and as strategic advisory for a limited number of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations in any given year, in order to maximize his attention, resources, and focus for each individual business model.

Currently he works with multiple micro-caps, small caps, Pink Sheets, private companies, and non-profits; he is also a founding equity partner in the startup of Deserve Credit Corporation, a prepaid credit-debit card business, seeking access to the public markets via a reverse merger.
Since the 80’s, Cochran has been involved in M&As, public and private financing, turnaround management, IPOs, SPOs, DPOs, and reverse mergers. Blue Chip experience includes names such as Newell-Rubbermaid, Sonoco, Katy Industries, BP, Dow, Fluor Corp., Lockheed Martin, Lucent, NCR, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Textron, and many more. He holds a double major in Management and Marketing and a double cognate in Finance and Mass Communication from USC. Cochran currently resides with his wife and son in the greater Seattle area.
